Criminal Records Checks
Download and complete the appropriate letter (based on where you live) and take it to your local police detachment, where you need to complete and submit a CRC request form. West Van police charge a fee, so get a receipt for reimbursement. Once you receive your CRC, mail a copy (and a copy of your receipt) to: NSGFA President, 1199 Lynn Valley Rd, PO Box 16059 LYNN VALLEY, North Vancouver, BC, V7J 3S9. Keep your original CRC; it should be valid up to 3 years for any sport.
