Clinics & Camps

Pitching Clinics (register starting Sept. 21, 2014)

These clinics, led by NCCP Level 2 instructor Isla Powell and her assistant Katie Minion, are open to players born prior to 2007 (U10 or above in 2015), regardless of prior pitching experience. Instruction is tailored to individual experience at all levels. Pitchers must bring their own catcher (e.g. parent, sibling, teammate). Classes are 1 hour per week (players may register and pay for multiple classes per week if space is available).

SCHEDULING: We do our best to accomodate each request but cannot guarantee everyone's time preferrences. For safety and to optimize benefit for all, we may ask players to switch times to keep similar age and experience levels together. If we cannot meet your request, we will discuss this with you and do our best to accomodate your schedule (and we ask you to be flexible too). If a class needs to be cancelled on a particular day (e.g. holiday or school event) we do our best to inform everyone in a timely manner and schedule a make-up session if possible.

PRICING: This clinic doesn't operate at a profit. The fees reflect the true cost for us to run the clinic, including gym rentals and the cost for quality instructors over many weeks. NSGFA pays for a large part of the cost for its own players to attend the clinic, which is why it costs much less for NSGFA players to attend the clinic. Prices below are net of the NSGFA's portion. An additional NSGFA subsidy is offered to NSGFA players at the U10 level.

PAYMENT: NSGFA players may pay online (by Credit Card/PayPal) for an additional discount or bring a cheque to their first session. Non-NSGFA players are required to pay online in advance. We also reserve the right to accomodate NSGFA players first, to prioritize registrations that have been paid in full, and to cancel/suspend unpaid or incomplete registrations.
